Jesus was clear that anyone we come in contact with is our neighbor. We are looking for ways to love and serve the people around us. So while “neighbor” is a broad term, the best place to begin is with your literal neighbors: the people who live in your neighborhood and city.

There are many ways you can get involved from local outreach to the homeless to serving with a new movement called LoveDoes that's reaching in to the slums of Honduras as well as into Ventura County.

Rather than give money directly to individuals, we encourage people to give through organizations equipped to serve the poor or to donate to our benevolence fund. The monies given to this fund are designated for financial assistance to ENCOUNTER/Bible Fellowship Church members and to the less fortunate of our community. Please make your check payable to Bible Fellowship Church Care Fund.
