We offer a variety of support groups throughout the year. Whether you are coping with a chronic illness or an addiction, divorce or loss of a loved-one, you will find compassionate care in one of these groups. Download the file of our support groups and when they meet. They are also listed below.
GriefShare is a class with a trained grief counselor and a few others who are on their own journey through grief over the death of a loved one. The class lasts for 14 weeks and meets on Tuesdays from 7 - 9 pm, in Room 422. For more information or for individual meetings, call Debi Dixon, Grief Coach, at 805-766-4071.
Boundaries, When to Say Yes, How to Say No, is a 12-week video series by Dr's. Cloud and Townsand. This class meets Sundays, 8:45 - 10:15 am in Room 302 (February 16 through June 1, 2014.
